Publication activity records

 

Publications that have not yet been registered in CREPČ will, from February 1, 2022, be registered only according to the new Decree No. 397/2020 Coll., regardless of the year of publication.

 

Summary of changes for the system CREPČ

  • Registration of publishing activities according to the new Decree No. 397/2020 Coll. is possible from 1.2.2022

  • The records for the reporting period CREPČ 2025 are governed by the currently valid text of the Act on Higher Education, the Methodology for recording publication activity for the reporting period CREPČ 2025 and Decree No. 397/2020 Coll.

  • The records of publications and reviews from the reporting periods CREPČ 2007-2021 remain unaffected, or for all already registered records of publications and reviews, the original categorization applies in accordance with the original Decree No. 456/2012 Coll.

 

New categories of outputs

  • A new categorization has been created for publishing activities: V1-3, O1-3, P1-2, U1-3,D1, I1-3 and their division is based on the content and integrity of the document. More information is provided in Annex No. 1 of the new Decree

 

New categories of responses

  • A new categorization has been created for publishing activities: 1-3 - by type and information source in which it is located. More information is provided in Annex No. 2 of the new Decree

Summarizácia zmien pre systém CREUČ

  • Evidencia umeleckej činnosti podľa novej Vyhlášky č. 397/2020 Z. z. bude možná v systéme CREUČ 2 od 1.6.2022

  • Evidencia umeleckej činnosti a ohlasov z vykazovacích období CREUČ 2008-2021 zostáva nedotknutá, resp. pre všetky evidované záznamy umeleckej činnosti a ohlasov platí pôvodná kategorizácia v zmysle pôvodnej Vyhlášky č. 456/2012 Z. z.

 

Nové kategórie výstupov

  • Pri umeleckej činnosti vznikli nové kategorizácie: EM1-3, EN1-3, ZM1-3, ZN1-3, ZR1-3, SM1-3, SN1-3, SR1-3, I a ich delenie je na základe závažnosti, dosahu a rozsahu výstupu. Viac je uvedené v prílohe č. 6 novej Vyhlášky

 

Nové kategórie ohlasov

  • Pre umeleckú činnosť vznikla nová kategorizácia: 1-7 - podľa typu a informačného zdroja, v ktorom sa nachádza. Viac je uvedené v prílohe č. 7 novej Vyhlášky
